Dodajemy \u0142y\u017ck\u0119 mas\u0142a. W\u0142\u0105czamy \u015bredni ogie\u0144 i dodajemy cebulk\u0119 pokrojon\u0105 w drobn\u0105 kostk\u0119 i czosnek pokrojony w plasterki. Powoli sma\u017cymy na wolnym ogniu.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajemy pomidory pokrojone w drobn\u0105 kostk\u0119, lub z puszki &#8211; te\u017c drobno pokrojone.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajemy s\u00f3l, ostr\u0105 papryk\u0119, oko\u0142o jedn\u0105 du\u017c\u0105 \u0142y\u017ck\u0119 cukru. Gotujemy na wolnym ogniu oko\u0142o 30 minut.<\/li>\n<li>Gotujemy makaron wed\u0142ug instrukcji na opakowaniu. Po oko\u0142o 5 minutach gotowania dolewamy du\u017c\u0105 chochl\u0119 wody z makaronu do patelni. Dodajemy do niej te\u017c odrobin\u0119 wina.<\/li>\n<li>Makaron odcedzamy, dodajemy do sosu do patelni, mieszamy dobrze.<\/li>\n<li>Nak\u0142adamy porcj\u0119 na talerz, delikatnie skrapiamy oliw\u0105, posypujemy drobno pokrojonym listkiem bazylii i serem (najlepiej parmezanem, ale \u017c\u00f3\u0142ty ser te\u017c jest ok).
